This is a little bit difficult haircut if you try.
The bangs are like mushroom cut. But there are 4 or so parts like stray hair. This stray hairs must be difficult to keep in our 3D world.

Hana Nono's haido is originally done by herself mistakenly.
It is left-side parting and above her brows.
Because she cut her bangs too much. But it suit her. Then to the last episode, when she becomes a mother, she keeps her hairdo.
Finding a Real "Hikaru Cut"
I can't find the person who have the real "Hikaru Cut". I know to keep it is very difficult.
But I find the one which is reproduced on a wig.
It is not Hikaru's hairdo but CureStar's.
It is very cool.
